The data collection capabilities of the Mobile Plate
Hunter-900 (MPH-900) Automatic License Plate Reader (ALPR) have proven
invaluable to investigative and criminal intelligence efforts. In
addition to the color photograph showing the plate, the car and its
immediate surroundings, the license plate reader also records the
date and time of each capture, along with the GPS coordinates of
